Projects

Cool Planet Technologies is constructing a 10,000 tonnes per year of CO2 capture plant with Holcim, a leading cement manufacturer, at their Höver cement works in Germany. The plant will commence operation in 2025.

Cool Planet Technologies capture solution is highly adaptable for heavy industrial emissions with higher CO2 concentrations where robust, reliable long term high performance is critical.

Scaling

Cool Planet Technologies is rapidly progressing scaling of its technology. From 10,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) in 2025 (see right) it is expected that a 100,00 tpa capture plant will be operational by 2028. This is the result of close collaboration between Cool Planet, our industrial partners and Cool Planet’s research and development partner, the Hereon Institute.
