Appointed as a non-executive Director in May 2025. He brings extensive experience in structuring transactions in global energy markets, including carbon and renewable energy investments that are becoming increasingly important to commercial decarbonisation.

Sebastian is currently Head of Environmental Products at Moeve (formerly CEPSA) in Madrid.  Previously he held several senior positions at RWE, where he most recently was the Investment Manager at RWE’s Energy Transition Investments fund.  Sebastian has also held positions at Essent and Iberdrola, with responsibility for trading power, gas and carbon.
